IMPARTIALITY STATEMENT

DAP-CB is committed to impartiality in its certification activities and provides an opportunity for effective involvement by interested parties in safeguarding impartiality through the Certification Council. DAP-CB shall hold responsibility for the impartiality of its certification activities and not outsource certification decisions. All DAP-CB personnel, partners, and committees shall act objectively, and shall not allow commercial, financial, or other pressures to compromise impartiality. All examiners shall not take part in an examination/assessment activity if they have been involved in the training of a candidate within a period of two years.

The DAP-CB’s activities shall not be marketed or offered as linked-product with oter activities of consultancy, training, and promotion activities of the NPO. DAP-CB shall assess its risk of impartiality through regular Risk Assessments and take appropriate actions (if required) to respond to any threats to its impartiality that may arise from the actions of its personnel, committees, and DAP-CB.

All DAP-CB personnel, partners, and committees shall underake to keep confidentials all information obtained or created during the execution of the certification activities, except as required by law or authorized by the applicant, candidate, or certified person.
